GPG is leading a team awarded the Marquette Third Street Corridor Sustainable Development Plan for the city of Marquette, Michigan. The team held a three-day charrette in late May, and has submitted a draft plan to the city.

GPG led a retail design charrette with Florida Hospital of Orlando Aug 26-27, 2013. GPG previously completed a retail market analysis for Florida Hospital's plan to develop a mixed use "Health Village" - a pioneering approach to health care. The village will include shops, restaurants, office and residential grouped around a walkable Main Street. Dick Davis is the lead planner and architect for the hospital's expansion.
Robert Gibbs was featured presenter at a public forum in Charlevoix, Michigan on August 20. The session addressed new trends in retailing, and how they could be applied to Charlevoix's downtown business district. A work session with city officials preceded the event. Charlevoix is a fabulous small resort town located along Lakes Michigan and Charlevoix in Northwest Michigan.

GPG recently worked with the City of Coconut Grove's Business Improvement District. Robert Gibbs presented an "Effective Urban Retail Principles" workshop and met with the DDA board to discuss programming, planning and implementation challenges for the Coconut Grove commercial district.
GPG recently completed a retail feasibility analysis for redevelopment of the Downtown North section of Hartford, Connecticut. The subject site is a 283-acre area targeted by the city as a means to strengthen the surrounding neighborhoods and create an effective linkage to downtown.
